1. EORI numer

Every economic operator importing products into the Polish territory must have an individual EORI number in accordance with the Community System of Registration and Identification of Economic Operators. Check how to obtain it.

2. Cooperation Agreement

Economic operators who wish to use the platform on a permanent and regular basis can sign an agreement with USBOX, which will regulate the aforementioned cooperation. Specific conditions, such as payment terms, discounts, and facilitation measures, are negotiated individually with the Customer Service Office. A template of the agreement can be downloaded below.

Economic operators with a signed agreement are assigned a permanent account manager in the Individual Customer Service Office.
